We'll get down to the duplicating of CDs and DVDs in a minute. Another service offered by Hot Spot Printing is authoring of your DVD. Bring us your analog or digital video and we can edit it and create your DVD master complete with full menus. Once you approve the master, we can make as many duplicates as you need. DVDs are great as training videos for your employees. Once you have the master, making duplicates is very inexpensive. Did you take a marvelous vacation that you want to share with friends and family? Maybe you took some video, but have tons of digital photos. Or, maybe all you have are digital photos. We can put together a single DVD with your video and a slide show of your digital photos. We can even add music to make it more enjoyable. Do you have some VHS or Beta family videos? We can convert them from analog to digital, edit them and then author a DVD for you. What a wonderful way to archive those treasured family moments. In our family, we created an 8 DVD set starting with old 8mm family movies going back to 1944 all the way through our children growing up. It made a great Christmas present for our children. |

Our 10-bay CD/DVD duplicator has a large hard drive in it. We simply put a master CD or DVD in one bay and copy the image of the CD or DVD to the hard drive. All copies are then made from the image that is stored on the hard drive. After copying, the duplicator can compare the copy to the original image stored on the hard drive. This assures that the quality of every copy is just as good as the original. The duplicator can copy to 10 CDs or DVDs at the same time. Our throughput capability is 250 CDs per hour, or 125 DVDs per hour. We use the best quality CD and DVD media available. Just as in our printing and photocopying work, we will not duplicate any copyrighted material. |

Once we have made all of your duplicates, we can then label them. We use digital imaging to print the labels onto special stock made just for labeling CDs and DVDs. Your labels can be B&W or full color. You have a choice of either regular or high-gloss label finishes. When the labels have been applied we are ready to package. Hot Spot Printing can package your CDs or DVDs in a number of ways. We can bulk package them in 50's. We can put them in individual sleeves. Another choice is for us to put them in CD jewel cases. Or, we can put them in a folding DVD case. With jewel cases or the folding DVD case, there is room for an insert which tells what is inside. Hot Spot Printing can design and print inserts for jewel cases or any of the many foldover DVD cases available. Finally, we can shrink wrap each CD or DVD and even package and ship them for you. |
