You bet we'll come get your job! We know you're busy and sometimes can't get away. We'll go anywhere from San Jose to Salinas. And, we'll bring your job back to you when it's finished. Just give us a call.

Better yet.... visit us in person
We love to have our customers come see us. You'll find our store fun and entertaining. If you're bringing your job on media you should check out the page on supported software and make sure that the application software that created your file is on the list. We can read most any modern media from CD and DVD to USB memory sticks. Please don't bring a 5-1/4" floppy disk. That's one we can't do any more.

Another reason to visit is so you can be greeted by Maggie Mae, our General Manager, pictured at the left. She loves it when a customer gives her one of the treats we keep on hand!

Email Attachment
Rather than put your job on some media to bring it in, you can simply attach it to an email and send it to us. In the email message you can tell us the particulars of the job and place your order. We'll get your message, write up our work order, get your artwork set up and send you a proof copy back for your approval before running the job. You can send us an email just by clicking here.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
Email attachments are often limited in size by the Internet Service Provider. One way around that is to upload your file to our FTP site. It is the perfect way to transfer large files. You can reach our FTP site by clicking here but it won't do you any good until we give you the login and password. Then you can conveniently upload very large files, even up to a few hundred megabytes (plan on doing that overnight while you're sleeping!!).

Facsimile
If you just need to reorder a job that we've done before, you can fax us your order. Just tell us how many and fax us a copy of the item. We'll retrieve the artwork, confirm it with you, then print your job and deliver it to you!

For your convenience, we put re-order forms in our jobs that are likely to be reordered, such as letterhead, envelopes, business cards and business forms. We put the reorder form close to the end of the supply. So, when you get near the end, you'll come across the re-order form. You can fill it out and fax it to us. It tells us the previous work order number which is helpful to us and saves time.
